  France yesterday conducted another test of an atom bomb an the
  Fangataufa atoll. It is the sixth test in one year, this time with the
  power of an equivalent of 120'000'000 kg TNT. Because of the
  abstruseness of this event, I just decided to design this special
  conditions for my program. This may sound ridiculous to some people,
  but if we can't stop people like Jacques Chirac or governments like
  the Chinese, we at least have to set a sign and ban them.
