This is GIFTOOL version 0.9 (a beta release). Please read the file COPYRIGHT for all the legal rules, including the fact that GIFTOOL is a shareware program. Please contact support@homepages.com if you have any questions or problems regarding this Beta version. ---- GIFTOOL is a GIF89a manipulation tool; it allows one to examine and modify the color informaiton (including transparency) of a GIF file. It will convert gif 87a to gif 89a. It was compiled quad fat for NS by <bbum@friday.com>. THIS IS A SHAREWARE PROGRAM; send the author some dough!!! It's worth the $10!!
