Program to modify the stochastic gain throughout the SMS file and to add a fundamental frequency number in the header. Usage: smsMod [-s stochasticFactor] [-f fundFreq] <inputSmsFile> <outputSmsFile> the stochasticFactor will be a number in dB that is subtracted or added to every stochastic gain. the fundFreq is a value in Hz that is added in the header and that right now is not used for anything, just for reference.
