PhoneTones.README - Version 1.0 - May 27, 1992 - Curt Welch - curt@kcwc.com PhoneTones is a NeXT telephone auto-dialer and phone book application. It dials the phone by playing DTMF tones through the speaker of your NeXT. You simply hold your telephone handset near the speaker and press the dial button. Features include: A simple phone book to store all your names and phone numbers. A "Dial with PhoneTones" service that allows you to select and dial phone numbers from any NeXT application, such as NeXT Mail and NewsGrazer. 15 programmable speed-dial buttons. PhoneTones is a freeware-with-suggested-donation product. The source code is available for a small fee.
