GKMouseScaler.NI.b.README
GKMouseScaler is a Preferences module with the following features:
- Graphically modify the 'Mouse speed' with direct feedback
- Set a default paper format
- Set Dock to left or right side of screen
The change takes affect after next login.
Please note: In NS3.1, this default was bound to the height
of the screen, so if you use different screen resolutions,
you are able to set the dock different for every resolution.
In NS3.2 however, this default is independent of the
resolution. This might have the negative effect, that if you
were working on a rather wide screen with the dock on the left
side, and then switch over to a smaller resolution, that the
dock is 'off screen'. So, setting the dock to the left side
is probably not a good idea after all... If the above mentioned
should happen to you, you can remove the default
'Workspace DockOffsetX', log out and log back in.
Of course, this, as usual, this software is provided with no warranties. In fact, I am not really sure, I ever wrote this.
