FSPreferences is a FAT binary release of 3 preferences modules.

These require 3.1 or later to run

Tested 	3.1 intel release (with sound driver loaded)
	3.2 beta for black hardware

1)	FSAutoLaunch	
	Lets users auto launch applications without putting them in the dock

2)	FSDefaultManager
	Manages defaults without requiring a seperate applicaton

3)	FSSoundPanel
	Associates sounds with workspace functions
	media eject/insert
	app launch/quit
	workspace login

REVISONS
FSSoundPanel 1a fixed a null default value bug.
