Alarm ===== Alarm is a simple little utility app that can trigger playback of sounds, display of images, and run UNIX commands at specified times. It comes with complete source code and is free. You may do whatever you want with this program, except that you may not sell it to someone else (for more than your cost of distribution). If you are compiling a CD-ROM of NeXT apps, by all means feel free to include this program! There are three alarms, each of which may be set independently, and each of which can do a different thing. Each alarm is triggered by a different means; one goes off at a specific time, one goes off x minutes after the app was launched, and the third goes off x minutes from when you set the alarm. Set the controls in the order listed on the control panel in order to set each alarm. (If you choose a UNIX command, you will be prompted for the command. It's output, if any, will appear in the console. This is like having a cheap version of ªatº, but you must be logged in and running Alarm for it to work, unlike the ªatº program.)
