Defaults

These are the defaults used/set by the Spin module.

		AngleIncrement
		NumberOfSpinners
		Radius
		TailLength
		XIncrement
		YIncrement

These directly correspond to the controls in the
inspector. All defaults are updated at the time the control
	is adjusted.

All defaults can be read/written using the NeXT supplied
commands dread and dwrite. The owner of the defaults is
SpinView. The program is cautious about using defaults
and will always check for out of bounds defaults. Any
defaults found out of bounds will be set to the closest
	in bounds value.
