NOTE: previously I had bundled ps2g3 and ps2pcl together in ps2_. I have now decided to separate them. Programmatically, they are very close, but functionally, their contexts are too different. Changes consist of bug fixes, fax header descriptors, install, and testing scripts. The package contains source code for ps2g3 and related scripts.
