README

This is the source code for TeXview-3.0l-kp0.25, TeXview-grey-3.0l-kp0.25
and HyperTeXview-3.0l-kp0.25.

These TeXview's are intended for use with teTeX-0.4, though they may
also work with other TeX distributions.

TeXview-kp is a version of TeXview with kpathsearch support.

TeXview-grey-kp is a version of TeXview with anti-aliasing mode and
kpathsearch support. The anti-aliasing code in TeXview-grey was added by
Marcel Weiher.

HyperTeXview-kp is a version of TeXview with HyperTeX features, support for
multiple documents, and kpathsearch support. HyperTeXview was done
by Dmitri Linde and Mark Doyle.

The kpathsearch support was added by Gregor Hoffleit.

All these versions are based on the last official TeXview by
Tom Rokicki, here referred to as TeXview-3.0l.

LICENSE:

Parts of the original TeXview are copyrighted by Thomas Rokicki. These
files are distributed under the same license as dvips. The remainder is
copyrighted by NeXT. According to NeXT, these parts of TeXview can be
distributed under the terms of the GNU Public License (GPL), see COPYING.

kpathsearch-2.6 is distributed under the terms of the GPL, too.

COMPILATION:

The source distribution includes a slightly modified version of
kpathsearch-2.6 as included in teTeX-0.4. You'll need GNU make to compile
kpathsearch.

After you have compiled the kpathsearch library, change into any TeXview
directory and start up project builder. Compilation should be as usual.
