Notes about Convert RTF 1.1:

This utility will convert between the NeXT and Macintosh variations on the RTF file format (both Macintosh to NeXT, and NeXT to Macintosh)

If you have the Convert PICT utility installed, this converter will use it to convert any embedded PICT graphics it finds in the RTF file.

Note that this application is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. See the online help for more information.

Changes since 1.0:
The extensions generated by Convert RTF have been reversed. In the past, converting a Mac RTF file to a NeXT RTF file generated a file with the name .mac.rtf. It now generates .next.rtf. Put another way, the extension now reflects the kind of rtf in the file, and not the kind of rtf that it was converted from.
The application was recompiled as a `fat binary' so it can run on both black (Motorola) and Intel hardware.
Convert RTF now recognizes the following commands when converting a Macintosh RTF file, and converts them to equivalent NEXTSTEP characters: bullet, emdash, endash, lquote, rquote, ldblquote, rdblquote.
8 bit characters in font names are now converted to equivalent NEXTSTEP characters. Note: certain characters are converted to bracketed character names (see the `Character conversion' topic for more information)
This NEXTSTEP Help stuff was added
