INSTALLATION:

You can either copy the binary (Arcade) in /LocalApps if you are 
superuser, or in ~/Apps if you are not. 

You can also, if you have C and Interface Builder, recreate a new binary.
Just type (soon, with more than 2 fingers) 'make' at the command prompt.
