CurveGrader

Written By: Rob Ferrante
Date: Feb 1992

Description:
A work aid for people who grade tests. Allows cut-off
points between grades (A,B,C, etc.) to be
dynamically adjusted, until the desired percentage or
number of students falls into each grade
	catagory.

Uses:
This is a demo app to use in the education market. It's
	best for secondary schools
and teaching colleges, probably not so good for research
	universities, unless you have some
grad students in the audience who are T.A.s.

Quick Start:
To get going, use the "SampleData" file included, by
	clicking Document/Open...
Hit "Plot Scores" to get the histogram up, then use the
slider buttons labeled "A", "B", etc.
to manipulate the cut-off points. Use the radio button to
	observe either the number of
students in a grade catagory ("#"), or the percent of the
	class ("%").  When done, click
"Load Grades" to actually assign the new grades to each
	student.
