This is the README for Script.0.9d.NIHS.b.tgz [Download] [Browse] [Up]

This is version 0.9d of Script, a texteditor with very uncomfortable input :-)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok. This is a FUN(!) application, which can recognize natural (freehand) drawn charcters in real time, but is of no other use.
The program requires NS3.1 or later, but if you thin it to m68k, you can run it on black with NS3.0, too. I tested the program on black (where it was developed on), white (too fast for me) and yellow (awful mouse) hardware.

For a quick tutorial on black or white hardware you need Journaler.app (written by Gideon King and found on the peanuts-archive http://peanuts.leo.org/peanuts/):
(1) Start Journaler AND Script
(2) Remember: DON'T MOVE ANYTHING IN SCRIPT WHILE WATCHING THE DEMO
(3) Play back one of the demos provided for your hardware in this package
(4) Wait until the demo is done or press ESC for ending the demo

This program is freeware.
