MiscKit docs, originally part of the MOKit, By Mike Ferris -- Feb 5th, 1994 Copyright ©1992, 1993, 1994 by Mike Ferris. All Rights Reserved. MiscKit DocTemplates Note: It appears that there are some slight changes in the 3.3 documentation, line spacing in particular, that leaves these templates a bit unlike the NeXT documentation. If anyone has the time to fix this and send me updates to these files, I'd greatly appreciate it! I don't currently have time to do it myself¼ -Don Yacktman This directory contains templates for several different types of documents. They are like primitive style sheets. The different types of template are described below. NX_ClassDoc.rtf This template is a framework for creating class documentation which looks like Next's class references. It was made by cannibalizing the class reference for the appkit's Application class. Rulers and fonts are preset to make it easy to produce a good-looking, Next-conforming class reference. NX_Documentation.rtfd This template is a framework for producing documentation which looks like Next's developer docs. This is for manuals, etc... not class summaries and references. NX_FuncDoc.rtf This template is for documenting function sets like the Next docs do for AppkitFuncs.rtf and CommonFuncs.rtf among others. The Next-standard format has been modified slightly to make it better (I think). NX_HelpTemplate.rtfd This template is for creating NXHelpPanel style help. It contains all the commonly used little tiff files and stuff. For more obscure tiff images, you should copy and paste from an app like Edit that has NextHelp. The document window is the correct width, so make sure any you create are the same width.
