c2ada is a tool useful for translating C header files into Ada specs The intent is to automate much of the process of constructing an Ada binding to a library of C functions (not to translate function bodies to recode software in Ada). Binaries are included but not source. See the README file for more info. The author is Mark Schimmel of Irvine Compiler Corporation. Binaries for other platforms are on sgi.com
