Title J Version 4.1 Description [You should install this package as root!] This package contains version 4.1 of the J programming language, which is derived from APL. This package will install a J interactive interpreter in /usr/local/bin/j; tutorial J code will be loaded in /usr/local/lib/j; further documentation will be loaded into /usr/local/doc/j. This version of J was packaged on Mar 1, 1992, from the 4.1 source located on watserv1.waterloo.edu. Interested users are invited to join the ongoing J discussions on the Internet News system in comp.lang.apl. Further descriptions of the language are available from ISI as listed in the included documentation.
