README IRC.0.5.NIHS.bs
This is the english version of IRC_0.5J.s.tar.gz from Norihiro Itoh <nito@argotechnos.co.jp>.
It's a NeXTSTEP GUI frontend for IRC. The program is beta and have many bugs !
The author can't compile it for international NeXTSTEP, because he use only a japanese NS3.0.
He hack a english.lproj and send it to me. I compile it quad-fat.
