TheBigMouth.nib
This is the source to TheBigMouth. Most of it is snatched from various places, since I was too lazy to do it myself, after all I just wanted to get an idea how services REALLY work. So there is nothing exiting in the code. Of course, if you make any enhancements, please let me know, such that everyone can profit. A nice thing would be to add a hash table that caches the most frequently used words that are not pronounced according to the rules and output their phonemes directly to the user without going through the parser. ALSO DO NOT USE THE FILEPACKAGE OPTION IN IB, this messes up some stuff with the sound stuff. Instead leave the TheBigMouth.iconheader as it is (I write protected it) or add the necessary line for .app packages manually. Then create a directory TheBigMouth.app and drop the parse file from the parser directory in it along with TheBigMouth executable, of course. Ronald C.F.
