Windows

New LPC

Creates and displays a new LPC plot.  The default number of poles is used.  

New PCH

Creates and displays a new pitch analysis (PCH) plot.  

Open LPC

Brings up a dialog box allowing you to open an existing LPC data file.  Only files ending in .lpc are highlighted, but any file can be read in at the user's risk.  The default number of poles is used to intially display the file.
All data values are scaled.  For more information on the layout of the LPCPlot window, see the LPC Plot help file.  

Open PCH

Same as Open LPC, except that files with a .pch extension are shown in the dialog box.  A pitch analysis window (PCHPlot) is opened up with the scaled data.  For more information on the layout of the PCHPlot window, see the PCH Plot help file.

Save

Brings up a Save dialog box if the file has never been saved.  Otherwise, it saves the file under its current filename.  All standard Next interface rules apply.

Save As

Always brings up the Save dialog box, allowing you change the name of the file.

Miniaturize

Iconifies the current window.

Close

Closes the current window.  If the window has been edited, an alert panel will come up giving the user the option to save, close anyway, or cancel.  This is equivalent to clicking on the close box of a window.
