LPCView --- by Laura Fischer... notes as of 2/17/92

If you ever do a make install, you must go into the LPCView.app directory
wrapper after installation, and create a directory named "Help".  Inside
that directory put all of the .rtf files that came in the Help directory
of the source.  These files are needed for the online help to work.

Fixed error in creation of Dispatcher object that caused the defaults not
to be read in.  Should work now.

Added new dependencies for make install to create the Help subdirectory
and fixed online Help
