FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Pinnacle Research announces availability of Transfer servers
for SunOS and ULTRIX systems

TUCSON, AZ, October 14, 1993 - Pinnacle Research, Inc., the NEXTSTEP
Utility Lab, announced availability of Pinnacle Transfer remote
servers for SunOS and ULTRIX systems.

The Transfer servers can be found on the cs.orst.edu archive site
in the file "TransferServers.tar.Z" and can also be obtained via
NeXTmail by sending a message to "transfer@pri.com". As with the
standard NEXTSTEP servers, the SunOS and ULTRIX servers are made
available FREE of charge by Pinnacle Research, Inc.

"These remote servers fulfill the promise of NeXTmail access to
anyone, anywhere, anytime." said Ralph Zazula, President of Pinnacle
Research. "Access to incoming and outgoing NeXTmail is transparent,
even if your mail server is not a NEXTSTEP machine."

Pinnacle Transfer is an easy to use connectivity solution providing
access to electronic mail, files and remote command execution on
UNIX servers. Transfer can also be used for custom connectivity
solutions such as remote access to databases and mission-critical
custom applications that reside on central computers.

Pinnacle Transfer is being offered by Pinnacle Research at the
introductory price of $125, through the end of October, 1993.
Pinnacle Transfer normally retails for $249 with educational and
bulk-purchase discounts available upon request.

A demo version of Transfer can be found in the file "TransferDemo2.tar"
on the cs.orst.edu archive site. The SunOS and ULTRIX servers will
work with the demo version of Pinnacle Transfer.
