Unfortunately, I have been unable to figure out exactly what I need to do this. Apparently, I need some kind nntp program in addition to NewsGrazer. You need to find a machine that has the nntp news-server software installed and running. Then, you launch NG and enter the machine's IP name, quit NG, and restart it. If you can not find an nntp news-server, you'd better roll up your sleeves, start looking for a news feed and the C-News software on an archive site, and prepare for a not-brief sojourn into Free-Software-Hell.
