By chance are you trying to decode WEFAX? About 5 years ago Antic magazine published the schematics (and C source I believe) for decoding WEFAX sattelite signals. I do not know if that reference will aid you or not. Do you require a SSB receiver? I could not afford one when I had my Atari, so I never pursued the project.
