Therefore, I can't download some of the files from archives that are larger than that size. Does anyone know of any way for me to go around this space limit, like download a part at a time and put them back together when I bring it back to my stand alone NeXT? Any help would be appreciated. 1.2MB! Try downloading to a floppy. :-) You could try fighting with the swapfile for space in /tmp (I think it's on the same partition as the swapfile). -Mike

Also, /usr/spool/mail is world writeable, but you didn't hear that from me. -Mike
