What I recall having been told in the past is to start the bug report out with the title: SUGGESTION or REQUEST and then keep things very succinct, using only one suggestion per request. Basically, use some common sense in applying the bug guidelines to the suggestion. For instance, some things still apply... 1) Your name, company name, e-mail address 4) suggestion area - ie: Workspace, telnet, Librarian, IB (as a few examples) 5) brief description of suggestion Sven
