That would use up both serial ports. As for Neuron, should you decide to go that route I would insist on a 30 day trial period. They have a potentially very nice product. Insisting on a 30 day trial/money back situation would ensure that you were pleased with the product. I have a Neuron. I think things would have been better had the p.o. specified a trial period. As it is, the product works fine as a modem. Synapse has some things I'd like to see improved and the fax part is not 100% reliable when receiving faxes. However, I gather this is not totally uncommon. In principle, I'd go with Neuron. In practise I would as well provided they had a 30day money back policy( without questions).
