Hi, we are producers of video films and are going to use computers for doing the editing and processing of the raw material and producing the master tapes (broadcast quality). Being German we need a PAL coded signal, resulution 740*578 and more than 4096 colors, and we have to process the signals in real time. Is there any hard/software for the NeXT capable of doing this ? We know of solutions for the Mac (AVID) and the PC (EMC2), but a NeXT looks like the better tool. Is it ? I am grateful for _any_ information !
