Just wanted to say "Good Job" to anybody associated with the
order processing group at NeXT. I special ordered an item
that my school's computer store doesn't stock and got an
estimate on deliverly time from NeXT on the phone. My order
arrived EXACTLY on time. Whomsoever comes up with these numbers
is doing a great job. (The item in question: 2.1 on Optical disk)

I also had a good experience with NeXT recently. There was a problem with the
vertical correctness of my monitor. The bottom half of my screen was scrunched
together so that a circle at the top of the screen would be an obvious oval at
the bottom. I took my monitor in to our customer service, who called NeXT
while I was there. We called NeXT on Tuesday afternoon, and Thursday
afternoon, my *brand new* replacement monitor arrived. (I checked the
manufacture date) I even got to keep my defective monitor those two nights.

While some companies take longer to replace defective items and others send
refurbished, *like new*, used monitors, NeXT seemed happy to accommodate my
every need. The people at NeXT customer service are doing a great job!
