Date: Sun 16-Feb-1991 02:53:23 From: ye@henri.ucsb.edu (Hong Ye) Subject: Documentation of GNU Assembler I had a hard time trying to find the man page for the GNU assembler. Does anyone know if such a thing exists at all? What about the assembly language syntax? Going through the .s file generated by the compiler is helpful, but I'd like to have something like a formal spec. Any help would be appreciated. But please don't question my wisdom of using assembly language. I am using gcc as a cross compiler for a 68000 board. David
