Date: Sun 03-Apr-1990 18:21:12 From: Unknown Subject: Questions and Answers Folks, A couple of things I thought I would post to the net: 1) a few of you might have been trying to use MidiPlay on the cube. It will not work when you try to Make it from IB because it was created on the 0.9 release. To get it to work, do this: A) Copy the MidiPlay folder into your folder. B) Go into Shell and type "make" C) Run MidiPlay from shell (Just type it's name) This WILL work, as I have tested it extensively. 2) Sometime ago, there was some talk about problems with TopDraw. Did you try calling the company? Their address is: Medialogic, Inc. 2501 Colorado Avenue Suite 350 Santa Monica, CA 90404 3) About posting to the net. I have seen numerous, numerous complaints that NeXT does not answer, or read the net. I can assure you that this is not true. Like Jayson and Avie have said, they (and us Campus Consultants) are very busy, and by the time we read your questions, they have already been answered. Well, that's it for now.... Take care.... Wait.. I have a question... Anyone know about some decent public domain music programs for the cube? (Not C-sound, I know about it already) Something like a sequencer, that I could use my keyboard with.
