I would like them to do some initialization at the beginning of the program to set up a few initial instance variables to default values. I will be using outlets, so this initialization can take place only after *all* the objects have been created, so overriding the +new method won't fly. Is there some good way to do this? I guess the ideal thing would be if there was some instance method that gets automatically called for each object that IB makes.
