TechnologyWorks makes their own surface-mount boards and puts Samsung 70ns PAGE MODE 1 Meg DRAM chips on them. They sell both 1Meg X 8 bit and 1 Meg X 9 bit arrays. (Prices are $109 and $121 each if 8 boards are ordered). NeXT wants $375 per board. Mac) or something else (eg., column or nibble)?
