I know absolutely nothing about Tops myself, but the person that is interested describes it as a communications package for interacting with Mac's and PC's through an Appletalk connection. From his request, I'd guess that it is publically available, but that guess could easily be wrong. Anyway, if anyone has ported that software to the NeXT, (or plans to do so) please either call Keith Fuller (619) 458-7062, or send me a note and I'll forward the information (obviously calling him is better :-).
