Date: Sun 01-Sep-1989 18:02:33 From: Unknown Subject: Bye-bye NeXT world... Since I have just received a formal "Don't call us, we'll call you" from NeXT, and since my other job possibilities do not currently involve the care and feeding of NeXTs, it looks like my vocal and occasionally aggressive presence in the NeXT world will soon cease. If I should happen to have a spare $13K lying around anytime soon, I'll pick one up as a PC, and return that way. 'Til then, I fade away. "I stopped thinking of HyperTalk as a real programming language when I realized that 'get line 1 of card field short name of the target' was *concise*." -=- J Greely (jgreely@cis.ohio-state.edu; osu-cis!jgreely) >From: lane@sumex-aim.stanford.edu (Christopher Lane)
