This is Businessland-and-Version-1.0 in view mode; [Up]

Date: Sun 25-Oct-1989 14:24:30 From: Unknown Subject: Businessland and Version 1.0 We have bought 3 month ago 2 NeXT cubes through Businessland. But until now we have not received the new version of the operating system 1.0. Does somebody on the net already have this version through his Businessland dealer ? Our Businessland dealer is not able to give us neither the new version nor information about when will it be available. Is there any other way in order to get version 1.0 ? In general, we've noticed that Businessland is a big organization, with the attendant communication snafus that you'd expect. You need to find yourself a good sales rep who's plugged into the right sources of information. I know for certain that B'land in Boston and in Albuquerque have particularly good sales people with some (minimal but adequate) familiarity with NeXT. Now can anybody tell me why the Stanford Microdisc outfit claims not to know where to buy magneto-optical disks? Regards, R. Martin Chavez >From: root@ithiliencc.nd.edu (Operator)
