If there's an archive somewhere, I'd love to know where it is (I'd like my own copy of all the messages that have been posted to this group). Thanks in advance, George

If there's an archive somewhere, I'd Yes, there's an FTP archive. Someday to be an email archive when I get time (I'll post when it's available, so don't flood me with more mail). The site is "cc.purdue.edu" (128.210.9.2). Anonymous ftp, supply your user@host as the password. This newsgroup is archived in the directory pub/next/news, typically in files containing a month's summary, minus a few headers to save bytes. Also, the new version of Tools is available with Postit support by Andrew Stone. Pretty neat stuff. Submissions to the archive should be sent to 'next-archive@cc.purdue.edu'. They can be uuencoded, tared, compressed, NeXT attachments, shar's, or most anything I can figure out how to pull apart. These are the contents of the former NiCE NeXT User Group NeXTSTEP/OpenStep software archive, currently hosted by Marcel Waldvogel and Netfuture.ch.
