Date: Sun 19-May-1989 06:40:01 From: Unknown Subject: other SCSI drives in Cube Has anyone out there successfully been able to use non-Next SCSI drives with his Cube? What does this entail? What sort of software does Next supply to configure/format arbitrary SCSI disks? Won't I have to tell some piece of software the number of head and cylinders . . . my drive has? I can't seem to find any documentation for this, but I may not have access to the latest technical documentation. bob brown ARPA: brown@brokaw.lcs.mit.edu UUCP: brown@harvard.uucp brown@encore.uucp >From: ali@polya.Stanford.EDU (Ali T.
