Date: Sun 25-May-1989 13:38:55 From: Unknown Subject: editing from the browser I wish it was possible to use the browser to open files with Edit that properly "belong" to other applications. A good example is a shell script; double-clicking it RUNS the script. There are times when I want to EDIT the script, not run it. If only I could hold down the command key and double-click the script, and have it opened with Edit instead of run. The same applies to other types of files; PostScript files, for example.
