Date: Sun 19-May-1989 05:41:53 From: Unknown Subject: Where's the dsp documentation? Is there anybody else out there who is trying to do dsp/music development on the NeXT and is getting somewhat frustrated with the lack of documentation? (1) Why are these directories empty? /usr/lib/dsp/* (2) In the header files for the unit generators, I am told to look at the man page, but there is no man page to be found. This is not necessarily a flame; I just think the NeXT has an incredible potential for music/signal processing, but the lack of documentation is making it quite difficult to do my Master's project on it. (This is where the violins play... :-) If anyone knows of any non-NeXT literature that may be of assistance, please enlighten me. ------------------ Jeff Boone boone@oce.orst.edu College of Oceanography, Oregon State University >From: brown@multimax.Encore.COM (Bob Brown)
