It's also been announced that Canon is investing $100 million in Next, acquiring a 16% share of the company (and making NeXT worth about $600 mil). Here's some personal readingbetweenthelines: NeXT is going to do color. That's a given they MUST. In the initial training camps, we were told that color would *not* be a 'me too' proposition that when color became available, it would be complete and impressive (what's a color monitor without a color printer?). And what could Canon add to the NeXT?
