Date: Sun 19-Jul-1989 19:21:32 From: Unknown Subject: NeXT mailing list/bulletin board is up! John Conti of University Computing Services here at USC has set up a mailing list for those interested in music and sound applications on the NeXT. To be included, send mail to next-music-request@usc.edu. The address of the bulletin board itself is next-music@usc.edu. All mail sent to this address will be automatically routed to all of those on the current mailing list (similar to csound@ems.media.mit). The featured subjects will be music applications, the Music Kit, the Sound Kit, and DSP programming for sound/music applications. Please post questions, news, helpful information, information about your own work, and other things you think might be of interest to others on this mailing list. Those of you who already sent mail to me or Doug Keislar at NeXT expressing interest in this enterprise will be included. Please allow a few days for those interested in joining to be added before posting. Thanks for your interest and participation!
