Date: Sun 01-Mar-1989 21:50:55 From: Unknown Subject: The NeXT anonymous ftp site Oregon State University has set up an anonymous ftp site for the storing of NeXT sources, binaries, and NeXT related software. We currently have the developers course lab demonstrations for Class 3, and other miscellaneous tidbits. We would like to see our ftp site contain sources both for the education of NeXT developers and for the spreading of great software for the NeXT. If there is a developer who does not want to give away sources for his product we have set up a directory to store binaries. There are also directories to store graphics (both image files and graphical software), and a directory for NeXT software patches in case they ever decide they need to distribute small patches. To get to the archive site, just ftp to cs.orst.edu (128.193.32.1) and log in as "anonymous". Anything for a password will work but it would be appreciated if you type your login name so we can see where people are using the system from. Thanks, Bryce Jasmer jasmerb@hobbes.cs.orst.edu >From: marc@athena.mit.edu (Marc Horowitz)
