For this release, it is "a second class citizen." However, for 1.0, it is planned that Lisp will be able to tie into the Objective-C runtime system, allowing full access to all classes in the Application Kit (NextStep) and elsewhere. It should even be possible to do interesting things like subclass Application Kit classes in Lisp.
