Without it I can not easily build devps. The best thing would be a place where I could get all the missing files, documents, etc. using internet/ftp. This is a high priority item for me. If you're talking about dvips, you're right, an include file was not included. Best bet would be to get labrea:pub/dvips.34.tar.Z.
