RiLineStyle is not implemented by NeXT's Quick RenderMan.  It is not actually part of the 3.4 spec, and I don't know if it  
will be in the 4.0 spec, as it is still under debate.  I put it in the API because at the time it looked like it would make it into the  
spec, and I needed to freeze the header files....

Be careful with things like RiLine, RiCurve and their parametrically 1D relatives; they don't print since prman will not do  
anything with them.  If all you want is a screen image, then you're OK.
