Subject: The last word on Shadows...

I have finally made shadows work thanks to Daryll Strauss's
example RIBs. However, it *still* wasn't as easy as it

should be. I followed the format of his examples but my shadows
kept ending up in the wrong place and I kept getting a strange
vertical shadow on the righthand side. It was driving me crazy.

Anyway, while playing around with 3DReality, I noticed in the
Help section on creating Textures that your image has to have
a pixel size that is a power of 2! (Is this documented *anywhere*
else?). Anyway, my image was being rendered at 600x600 which
caused all the mess. I changed it to 512x512 and everything works
dandy now.

I hope this helps someone (I can't be the *only* dunce that

couldn't figure this out, could I?? :-)
