About: LoanCalculator.sense 8/25/95 A new version of LoanCalculator.sense, a HyperSense document for calculating loan payments. This should replace any earlier version of this document. This is an updated version of Todd Nathan's loan calculator. The new version features an improved amortization report generator with monthly payment dates and calendar year interest totals. On-line help has been added, and other minor enhancements made. LoanCalculator provides a simple interface to instantly calculate the future value, total interest paid, and monthly payment amount for any loan. It can also generate nicely formatted amortization schedules listing all payments, broken down by principal and interest amounts, with annual interest totals. The LoanCalculator can be used with the HyperSensePlayer, which is also available by ftp including a FREE single-user license. The HyperSensePlayer allows anyone to access interactive multimedia documents and applications created with HyperSense. Using HyperSense it is easy to examine and customize any HyperSense document, or to quickly create your own documents and applications. An unlicensed copy of HyperSense (which may be used in demo mode) can be found at the same ftp site. If you do not have ftp access, and would like the HyperSensePlayer and LoanCalculator on disk, they are available directly from Thoughtful Software for $10, to cover our costs.
