NeXT_MS_Morph_1.0.d.tar.gz I now have a Microsoft Keyboard Layout Variant, and have made a modified keymapping for it to work under OPENSTEP; it is made for a USA keyboard. Simply decompress the file and put it into /LocalLibrary/Keyboards and select it under the Keyboard panel of the Localization Preferences Panel under /NextApps/Preferences.app. The only other thing you may have to do is run /NextAdmin/Configure.app; you will have to go to the Other Devices Panel, find the PS/2 Keyboard entry, and change the Keyboard Layout entry to Microsoft Keyboard. All the keys will work as labeled on your keyboard with the following key exceptions: MS Window Key = NeXT Command Key MS Menu Key = NeXT Help Key Shift + Scroll Lock Key = Reset Key F9 Key = Screen Brightness Down Key F10 Key = Screen Brightness Up Key F11 Key = Sound Volume Down Key F12 Key = Sound Volume Up Key NumLock Key = Power Key Please send all comments, suggestions, etc. to jkheit@xtdl.com.
