SURF is a DSP-based white noise ocean simulator for relaxationis maximis
(kinda like those electronic wave machines only this is free!).  As it uses
the DSP, I have included a Motorola-only binary.  However, the DSP usage is
a serious plus since it takes up almost no CPU time and runs pleasantly as
a background task.
